Design
progressive dies
The design of progressive dies takes place in close collaboration between the technical team and the customers, with the aim of creating efficient, precise tools suitable for high-volume production. Each project is designed to ensure optimisation of the production cycle, die durability and reduction of scrap.
Manufacture of deep-drawing dies
SIAT manufactures deep and medium-depth drawing dies, ideal for the controlled and precise plastic deformation of sheet metal. The materials and techniques used ensure high performance even with complex geometries and tight tolerances.
Production of progressive industrial dies
Progressive dies allow multiple operations to be carried out in sequence during a single press stroke. SIAT designs and manufactures robust, high-performance dies, designed for continuous and automated production with high repeatability and dimensional consistency.
Industrial secondary operations dies
SIAT manufactures bespoke secondary processing dies, designed to perform bending, finishing or drilling operations with the utmost precision. The mechanical reliability of the dies ensures consistent results over time.
